Matthew Zoller

I am a Senior Lead Designer at Rivian Automotive with almost 20 years of experience in the industry. I graduated with a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. Having spent time in Detroit right out of school with General Motors followed by a stint in the Jeep studio with Chrysler, I have worked with companies across the globe since, including Kia Motors and the Chinese startup Byton as well as European companies like Volkswagen. I have worked on production and concept vehicles on both interior and exterior and love coming up with new ideas, concepts, and collaborations with my engineering and UI/UX counterparts to deliver the best product possible.

Outside of work I enjoying working on cars and being around car culture. I've been an active member of The Motoring Club in Los Angeles and more recently the Wanderwell Society where I've organized events such as fundraising and food and clothing drives for victims of the Palisades Fires. My other big passion is the outdoors, with frequent trips to the mountains for hiking, camping, backpacking, and skiing in the Sierras.
